Pacific Rim Park: The Transformational Power of Art

The epic story of James Hubbell’s international art project that has built community and understanding via a “string of pearls” — special public parks always set by the sea and situated in countries (U.S., Mexico, South Korea, China, Philippines, Taiwan) around the Pacific Rim.
