Your annual gifts of support to Ilan-Lael over the past 40 years have allowed the Hubbells to provide us with some wondrous gifts—Ilan-Lael, Pacific Rim Park, Hidden Leaves, Colegio La Esperanza, Conversations on Beauty, and much more.
James and Anne put their faith in people, art, and nature and nurtured those beliefs into tangible art- and nature-based projects that have changed thousands of lives and bettered our community. Now we build on the Hubbells’ vision through the Ilan-Lael Endowment, ensuring that Ilan-Lael will be there for future generations, touching lives through art, nature and beauty.
Introducing The Founders’ Circle
In addition to your regular annual giving, we invite you to join the Founders’ Circle, a select group of friends and family who will be recognized in perpetuity for planting the first seeds of the Ilan-Lael Endowment. The Founders’ Circle is open for a limited time, until we reach our initial goal of $500,000. Become a lifetime member of the Founder’s Circle today with your gift of $500 or more.
Ilan-Lael Foundation Giving FAQ’s
We have many ways to give. Here’s a brief overview explaining some of the ways you can support the Ilan-Lael Foundation.
What is the Studio Society?
We invite all who believe in the mission of Ilan-Lael and the legacy of James and Anne Hubbell to give annually to Ilan-Lael through our Studio Society. Studio Society members will enjoy special recognition for 12 months and an invitation to special 40th anniversary events being held throughout 2023. Annual giving provides more than half of our operating dollars, so whatever you value about Ilan-Lael, we need your support to carry on.
What is the Founder’s Circle?
The Founders’ Circle is a select group of friends and family who will be recognized in perpetuity for planting the first seeds of the Ilan-Lael Endowment. The Founders’ Circle is open for a limited time, until we reach our initial goal of $500,000. Become a lifetime member of the Founder’s Circle today with your gift of $500 or more.
What is the Legacy Society?
Legacy giving refers to donations that supporters plan to give to our nonprofit after their passing. Legacy giving is also commonly referred to as ‘planned giving’ as donors often plan these gifts years before they are distributed to the designated parties. In addition to your regular annual giving, legacy gifts in your estate plan can ensure your impact carries forward far into the future. Please let us know if you have included Ilan-Lael in your estate plan so we can recognize you in our Legacy Society!
