James Hubbell joins renowned neuroscience researcher Dr. Arnold Starr, M.D. in a discussion that explores the parallels between artistic creation and scientific discovery. Speakers include Steven Cramer, MD, professor of neurology who will speak on the Neurology of Creativity; literary agent, long-time admirer and collector of the artist’s creations, Sandra Dijkstra, and Tahseen Mozaffar, MD, Interim Chair, Dept. of Neurology and director, Neuromuscular Program. James Hubbell, who has been living with Parkinson’s for the past decade, has an interest in brain function and its influence on creativity. The lecture is free and open to the public. Hubbell and Dr. Starr will also have artwork on display in an exhibition running from Nov. 28th – Dec 10th, 2018.
